AWS managedservices documentation change
Summary
Updated terminology from 'ELB' to 'Elastic Load Balancing' throughout the document. Added full service name references in health check configurations, logging parameters, and deletion protection documentation.
Security assessment
Changes are purely terminological updates to use the official service name. No security features were added or modified, and no vulnerabilities are addressed. The security controls (health checks, logging, deletion protection) remain functionally identical.
