AWS connect documentation change
Summary
Updated documentation to reflect rebranding from 'Amazon Q in Connect' to 'Connect AI agents', including permission requirement changes from 'Amazon Q' to 'AI agent designer'.
Security assessment
Changes are purely administrative rebranding updates without any mention of security vulnerabilities, fixes, or new security features. Permission name changes don't alter security functionality.
