Summary

Added SAP ABAP SDK code example for ReEncrypt operation with key validation

Security assessment

Documents KMS data re-encryption between keys using SAP ABAP SDK, including IncorrectKeyException handling. While encryption is security-related, this change only adds routine implementation examples without vulnerability fixes.
