Summary
Updated references to 'AWS Health Dashboard' to 'Health Dashboard' throughout the documentation. Changed link text from 'AWS Health Dashboard Scheduled changes tab' to 'Health Dashboard Scheduled changes tab'. No functional changes to deprecation notification processes.
Security assessment
Changes are purely branding/naming updates (removing 'AWS' prefix from Health Dashboard references). No evidence of security vulnerabilities being addressed. Deprecation notification mechanisms remain identical, only terminology was adjusted.
