Updated four Amazon EC2 console URLs from markdown links to raw URLs in various procedure steps.
Security assessment
Purely cosmetic updates changing link formatting without altering security content. No evidence of security vulnerability fixes or security feature additions. Pacemaker configuration instructions remain identical.
