Summary

Added new sitemap entries and updated URLs for IAM/Route53 documentation

Security assessment

This is a structural update to the sitemap index. Added entries include security-related content ('aws-security-platform-as-a-service' and 'agentic-ai-security'), but the change itself only adds references to existing documentation without modifying security content. URL updates for IAM/Route53 are administrative changes with no security implications.
