AWS data-exchange documentation change
Summary
Completely restructured the documentation to replace detailed metered pricing information with new step-by-step procedures for updating products, data sets, and offers through the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.
Security assessment
The changes are procedural updates focusing on administrative workflows in the Marketplace portal. No security vulnerabilities, incidents, or security-specific features are mentioned. The removed content about metered pricing was business/operational guidance without security implications.
