Summary

Removed documentation for several legacy cost optimization checks including Amazon ElastiCache reserved node optimization, Amazon OpenSearch Service Reserved Instance optimization, Amazon Redshift reserved node optimization, Amazon RDS Reserved Instance optimization, and Savings Plan. Updated the initial checklist to reflect these removals.

Security assessment

The changes remove documentation for legacy cost optimization features without any indication of security vulnerabilities. The removed sections explicitly state they're being replaced by newer checks with additional customization options. There's no evidence of security patches, vulnerability disclosures, or security-related content in the diff.
