AWS AmazonRDS documentation change
Summary
Added new R3 releases for PostgreSQL versions 17.2, 16.6, 15.10, 14.15, 13.18, and 12.22 with V8 engine updates for plv8 extension. Removed references to CVE-2025-8714 and CVE-2025-8715 from multiple R2 release notes.
Security assessment
