AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated AWS CLI version from 2.32.11 to 2.32.13 and adjusted capitalization of 'Cost Category' to 'cost category' in multiple places for consistency. Fixed formatting of angle bracket headers in documentation examples.
Security assessment
The changes are documentation formatting fixes and version updates. There is no mention of security vulnerabilities, access controls, encryption, or other security-related concepts. The capitalization changes and version bumps are routine maintenance without security implications.
