AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version reference from 2.32.11 to 2.32.13 and standardized capitalization of 'Cost Category' to lowercase 'cost category' in multiple sections
Security assessment
The changes are minor textual corrections (capitalization consistency) and routine CLI version updates. There is no evidence of addressing security vulnerabilities, patching weaknesses, or documenting security-related features. The modifications are stylistic and administrative rather than security-impacting.
