Summary
Renamed security pillar document and restructured content to organize best practices by ML lifecycle phases instead of listing them directly. Added new sections for each lifecycle stage.
Security assessment
This is an organizational restructuring of existing security content. While the document covers security, the changes don't address specific vulnerabilities or add new security documentation - they simply reorganize existing material.
