Summary
Restructured the document by removing the word 'phase' from section headings, updated best practice reference names and titles, and reorganized some content. Also changed the document's ending sections.
Security assessment
The changes are primarily structural and organizational. While security-related best practices exist (e.g., MLSEC references), the modifications involve renaming conventions (e.g., changing MLSEC-01 to MLSEC01-BP01) and section heading adjustments without altering security content or addressing specific vulnerabilities.
