Summary
Fixed URL formatting by adding double slashes in IAM Identity Center documentation links
Security assessment
The changes correct URL paths to proper format but do not introduce new security content or address specific security vulnerabilities. The updates maintain existing security documentation accuracy but are purely technical corrections.
