AWS license-manager documentation change
Summary
Added documentation for license asset discovery settings, cross-region/organization management, and updated regional requirements for Systems Manager inventory
Security assessment
Changes describe feature enhancements for license management across organizations and regions, but do not address security vulnerabilities or introduce new security controls. The regional requirement updates are operational clarifications.
