Updated multiple IAM Identity Center documentation links with corrected URL formatting (added slashes)
Security assessment
All changes are URL path corrections (adding double slashes). While the linked content relates to security features (IAM Identity Center), the documentation changes themselves don't introduce new security information or address vulnerabilities.
