AWS controltower documentation change
Summary
Updated multiple URLs by adding extra slashes to fix formatting in links to whitepapers, IAM Identity Center processes, and other documentation pages.
Security assessment
All changes are purely cosmetic URL formatting fixes. No security-related content was added, removed, or modified. The updates do not address vulnerabilities or enhance security documentation.
