AWS IAM documentation change
Summary
Fixed broken Amazon SNS resource-based policies link and corrected Lambda ABAC documentation URL formatting.
Security assessment
Changes repair broken/malformed links to existing security documentation. No new security content is added, and no vulnerabilities are patched. The updates ensure accurate references to IAM security features but don't alter security guidance.
