AWS AmazonCloudFront documentation change
Summary
Replaced 'Elastic Load Balancing' with 'ELB' and fixed a URL formatting issue.
Security assessment
Terminology updates and URL fixes don't alter security semantics. The console link correction has no security implications, and no policy logic or security features were modified.
