Added checksums for EFA installer version 1.45.0

Security assessment

Added cryptographic checksums (MD5/SHA256) for new installer version. While checksums support integrity verification (a security best practice), this doesn't address a specific vulnerability. It enables users to verify installer authenticity post-download.
