Summary

Added VALIDATION_ERROR type, updated VPC endpoint description to reference WorkSpaces Applications instead of AppStream 2.0, and updated CLI version

Security assessment

Validation error addition appears to be an error type expansion without security context. VPC endpoint description maintains existing security pattern with service name change. No explicit security vulnerability addressed.
