AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version from 2.31.37 to 2.31.39 and replaced 'AppStream 2.0' with 'WorkSpaces Applications' in S3 logging context. Maintained existing functionality descriptions for usage report storage.
Security assessment
Product name change only. The security implications of S3 logging and bucket management remain unchanged. No new security guidance or vulnerability fixes were introduced.
