AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version from 2.31.37 to 2.31.39 and replaced references to 'AppStream 2.0' with 'WorkSpaces Applications' in multiple descriptions. Changed terminology for OneDrive admin consent domains, VPC endpoint connectivity, and embedded streaming session domains.
