Terminology standardization from 'AWS CloudFormation' to 'CloudFormation' throughout the document

Updates are limited to naming conventions. No changes to Shield Advanced protection mechanisms, security controls, or vulnerability disclosures. Web ACL guidance remains unchanged except for branding.
