AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version from 2.31.28 to 2.31.31 and replaced 'QuickSight' with 'Quick Suite' in permissions documentation
Security assessment
Changes consist of product name standardization and version updates. The permission model description remains functionally identical except for naming. No new security controls or vulnerability mitigations were introduced.
