Changed all 'AppStream 2.0' references to 'WorkSpaces Applications'. Maintained identical technical content about persistent storage options and administration processes.

This is a service rebranding update without any substantive changes to security configurations or storage security guidance. The persistent storage security model remains unchanged from previous documentation.
