AWS appstream2 documentation change

Service: appstream2 · 2025-11-07 · Documentation low

File: appstream2/latest/developerguide/managing-network-internet-NAT-gateway.md

Summary

Replaced 'Amazon AppStream 2.0' with 'Amazon WorkSpaces Applications' in multiple locations. Updated service-specific references while maintaining NAT gateway security guidance.

Security assessment

These are branding changes without substantive security implications. The existing security benefit of NAT gateways (preventing inbound internet connections) is preserved but not enhanced or modified. No evidence of addressing a specific security vulnerability.
