Summary
Replaced all instances of 'Amazon AppStream 2.0' with 'Amazon WorkSpaces Applications' in titles, body text, and section links. No functional changes to customization instructions.

This is a product rebranding update. The documentation structure, security-related guidance (e.g., environment variables, file associations), and operational instructions remain unchanged except for the product name.
