Updated CLI version reference and aligned Multi-Region key documentation with create-key.md changes, including terminology consistency and replication guide links
Security assessment
Changes mirror those in create-key.md to maintain consistency in Multi-Region key documentation. Adds references to security feature documentation but does not indicate resolution of any security vulnerability.
