AWS resource-explorer documentation change

Service: resource-explorer · 2025-10-28 · Documentation low

File: resource-explorer/latest/userguide/supported-resource-types.md

Summary

Added multiple new AWS services and resource types to supported resources list including security-related services (AWS Shield, WAFV2, Macie, Inspector, Verified Permissions)

Security assessment

The changes add documentation for security-focused services like AWS Shield (DDoS protection), WAFV2 (web application firewall), Macie (data security), Inspector (vulnerability scanning), and Verified Permissions (access control). While these are security features, there is no evidence this change addresses a specific security vulnerability or incident - it appears to be routine documentation expansion.
