Summary
Added HBase/Glue catalog bug notice and Tez UI HTTPS configuration fix documentation, reorganized release label formatting
Security assessment
Includes the same Tez UI security documentation about requiring HTTPS with in-transit encryption. The formatting changes to release labels have no security impact.
