Summary

Updated multiple controls with CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v5.0.0 references and corrected a version number typo

Security assessment

Adds latest CIS Benchmark references and fixes a version string (v3.0.02.1.4 -> v3.0.0/2.1.4). Maintains compliance documentation without evidence of patching vulnerabilities.
