AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version reference from 2.31.13 to 2.31.16. Expanded Elastic IP allocation options documentation to include IPv4 IPAM pools, Outpost CoIP pools, and clarified address pool ownership. Added 'capacity-manager-data-export' to ResourceType enum. Modified PublicIp description to clarify ownership restrictions.
Security assessment
Changes focus on documentation clarity and feature updates rather than addressing security vulnerabilities. The added CoIP pool/IPAM pool details describe infrastructure options rather than security controls. No evidence of patching vulnerabilities or addressing exploits.
