Summary

Updated service name from 'S3 Glacier' to 'Glacier' in multiple sections, including service references and error documentation links

Security assessment

Changes are purely branding/nomenclature updates. The vault access policy documentation remains functionally unchanged, with no evidence of security fixes or new security guidance. Existing references to encryption features were not modified.
