AWS prescriptive-guidance documentation change
Summary
Complete restructuring of content from technical migration scenario guidance to a general AWS Prescriptive Guidance landing page with navigation elements and resource links
Security assessment
The changes are structural/navigational improvements without any security-specific content modifications. Removed technical migration details and added general AWS resource links, but no evidence of addressing vulnerabilities or adding security features. Security-related links in footer (Trust Center, Privacy) are standard boilerplate.
