Summary
Complete restructuring of documentation page - removed PDF link/document history table, added navigation elements, content sections about AWS Prescriptive Guidance, and multiple resource links
Security assessment
Security-related due to removal of JavaScript warning notice that was present in original version ('Javascript is disabled...'). This change removes security guidance about browser requirements for AWS documentation access. However, no new security documentation was added.
