AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated documentation to clarify behavior of invalid rule name overrides in WAF rule groups. Added distinction between managed rule groups (silently ignore invalid names) and customer-owned rule groups (cause update failures). Also emphasized case-sensitive matching requirements.
Security assessment
The change improves documentation about security configuration behavior but does not directly address a disclosed vulnerability. It clarifies potential misconfiguration risks (silent failures in managed groups vs. explicit failures in customer-owned groups), which helps users avoid unintended security gaps. However, there is no evidence this documents a newly fixed security issue.
