AWS general documentation change
Summary
Added Asia Pacific (Seoul) and AWS GovCloud endpoints, removed guardrail policy text unit burst rate limits and model customization job record limits
Security assessment
Removal of guardrail policy documentation (sensitive info/word filters) reduces visibility into existing security controls but doesn't directly address a vulnerability. Endpoint additions are routine service expansion.
