Updated burst rate quotas for Sensitive information filter and Word filter policies by removing us-east-1 region entry
Security assessment
This change adjusts regional service quotas but does not indicate any security vulnerability remediation. The guardrail policies themselves relate to security features, but quota adjustments are operational capacity changes rather than security fixes.
