Summary
Added <noloc> tags around 'Blusam' term throughout the document for localization purposes
Security assessment
The changes are purely markup/formatting adjustments to wrap the term 'Blusam' in localization tags (<noloc>). There is no evidence of security vulnerability fixes, security feature additions, or security-related content changes.
