AWS config documentation change
Summary
Added Asia Pacific (Taipei) to the list of excluded regions where VPN endpoint tagging check is not supported
Security assessment
The update concerns regional service coverage for resource tagging checks. Tagging supports security operations but this change doesn't introduce new security documentation or address vulnerabilities.
