Summary
Complete restructuring of documentation page - removed document history table and JavaScript warning, added navigation elements, content sections, and updated footer links
Security assessment
Removed JavaScript availability warning that previously informed users about security implications of disabled JavaScript. While not addressing a specific vulnerability, removing security-related warnings could impact user awareness of security requirements. No new security documentation was added.
