AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version reference from 2.27.49 to 2.27.50. Expanded unsupported parameter notice to include DescribeImages and RunInstances. Added 'capacity-block' to ResourceType enum and new CapacityBlockId field documentation.
Security assessment
Changes focus on API parameter documentation and new capacity block functionality. No evidence of security fixes or vulnerabilities addressed. New field describes resource management rather than security controls.
