AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version reference from 2.27.45 to 2.27.46 and added 'Expired' to the list of possible access key statuses
Security assessment
The addition of 'Expired' status appears to document existing behavior rather than introduce new security functionality. No evidence of addressing a vulnerability or adding security controls.
