AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version reference from 2.27.45 to 2.27.46 and added hyperlinks to related API documentation endpoints
Security assessment
Changes consist of version number updates and adding explicit links to API documentation. While service last accessed details are security-related, these documentation changes don't introduce new security content or address vulnerabilities - they enhance existing documentation clarity.
