Summary

Updated CLI version reference and added 35 new resource types to the syntax list, including AWS::SecurityHub::Standard and AWS::Bedrock::Guardrail. Modified service-linked configuration recorder naming convention description.

Security assessment

New resource types added are part of normal service updates. The configuration recorder naming change is a documentation correction without security implications.
