AWS amazonq documentation change
Summary
Restructured unsubscribe documentation with detailed procedures for Builder ID users and IAM Identity Center workforce users. Added multiple methods (IDE, CLI, Console) for unsubscribing personal accounts and warnings about billing implications.
Security assessment
