Updated documentation references from 'Tools for PowerShell' to 'Tools for PowerShell V4' and adjusted API documentation links to point to versioned (v4) references.
Security assessment
The changes are versioning updates (from generic PowerShell to V4-specific) and documentation URL adjustments. There is no evidence of addressing security vulnerabilities, patching weaknesses, or describing new security features.
