Summary
Updated documentation to consistently use 'Oracle APEX' naming convention and clarify installation prerequisites. Changed references from 'Amazon RDS APEX option' to 'APEX option' for accuracy.
Security assessment
Changes are primarily terminology standardization and clarification of installation steps. No security vulnerabilities or mitigations are mentioned. The password setup for admin user was already present in previous version.
