AWS resource-explorer documentation change

Service: resource-explorer · 2025-05-10 · Documentation low

File: resource-explorer/latest/userguide/supported-resource-types.md

Summary

Added multiple AWS service resource types to supported resources list including AWS Application Discovery Service, ARC, Cloud Map, Cloud9, CloudWatch RUM/Synthetics, Data Pipeline, Device Farm, DynamoDB Accelerator, IVS, Mainframe Modernization, Managed Grafana, Outposts, and others

Security assessment

The changes consist of adding new AWS services and their resource types to the supported resources list. While some services like Application Recovery Controller (ARC) or CloudTrail Event Datastore have security-adjacent use cases, there is no explicit mention of security vulnerabilities, access control changes, or security feature enhancements in the diff. This appears to be routine documentation maintenance to reflect service coverage expansion.
